Delete your data

You can delete your AIBrandPro account and all of its data yourself, at any time, in a few steps.
Delete your account in the app
- Log in to AIBrandPro.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Click Delete my account and all data.
- Type your email address and password to confirm.
Tip: download a copy first with Settings → Account → Download my data.
What is deleted
- Your user account (name, email, password hash) and your workspace;
- all content: posts, captions, campaigns, blog posts and your content calendar;
- your Brand Kit and logo, your product photos;
- all generated images, carousels, videos, voice clips and covers — the files are removed from our storage;
- connected social accounts and their access tokens.
Deletion from the live systems happens immediately and cannot be undone. Copies may remain in backups for up to [30] days. Billing records may be kept where the law requires (for example for tax).
Before you delete
- If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first in Settings → Plan & billing, so you are not charged again.
- If other people are members of your workspace, remove them first (or contact us).
Connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google accounts
Deleting your AIBrandPro account deletes the tokens we stored for them. You can also remove AIBrandPro's access directly:
- Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → remove AIBrandPro.
- TikTok: TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and services permissions.
- Google / YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
Can't log in?
Email sumaan.nabeel.khan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it's you and delete your data within [30] days.
